Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for personal data processed through this website is BAYWAW FZ LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating under the brand BAYWAW Data Center (“BAYWAW”, “we”, “us”).

Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal data collected through this website and through the enquiries you send us from it. It does not cover third-party websites linked from our pages, which have their own policies.
Our website is intended for business and institutional audiences. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, in particular UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, for visitors in the European Union or the European Economic Area, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

When you contact us
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:
- Your name and the name of your company or organization
- Your business email address
- Your phone number and country, if you choose to provide them
- The topic of your enquiry and, if you indicate it, your deployment timeline
- Your message and any information you decide to include in it
- Your consent to the processing described in this policy, and the language of the page you used
If you write to us directly by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
When you browse the website
Our hosting provider processes the technical data needed to deliver pages and protect the service, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of each request. This data is recorded in server logs.
We measure audience and performance with Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These tools work without cookies and give us aggregated statistics only — pages viewed, referring websites, country, device and browser type, page-loading performance and anonymous events such as clicks on key buttons or form submissions. They do not identify you, follow you across other websites or build advertising profiles.
We do not ask for sensitive data, payment details or identity documents through this website. Please do not include them in your message.

Who receives your data
Your data is accessible only to the members of the BAYWAW team who need it to handle your request. We also rely on service providers that process data on our behalf, under our instructions and with appropriate confidentiality and security commitments:
- Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., which hosts the website and provides its audience and performance measurement
- Our email service provider, which delivers enquiries to our team
- Our database provider, which stores enquiries so that we can follow them up
We may also disclose data where required by law, by a court order or by a competent authority. We never sell or rent personal data.
International transfers
Some of our service providers, including our hosting provider, may process personal data outside the United Arab Emirates and the European Economic Area, notably in the United States. When this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place — such as standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms recognized by applicable law — so that your data remains protected.

When a retention period ends, the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

We respond without undue delay and within the time limits set by applicable law. Exercising your rights is free of charge, except for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority: in the United Arab Emirates, the UAE Data Office; in the European Union or the European Economic Area, the supervisory authority of the country where you live or work.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, our providers or the law. The date of the latest version appears at the top of this document, and significant changes will be made clearly visible on this website.
